absolute win!
convenient location friendly staff luggage storage great breakfast
the hotel is in a superb location (it is genuinely close to everything i wanted to see). the staff were super friendly and helpful, they assisted with luggage storage before check-in without hesitation. i especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, it set me up perfectly for the day.
the lift was a bit old, though it certainly added a unique charm to the experience (it did take a bit of getting used to, mind you).

the hotel provides convenient luggage storage for early arrivals, a service that i used before i formally checked in. complimentary coffee and cucumber-flavored water are available in the entrance, a nice touch. these little additions.

The queen room i stayed in was clean with a microwave and fridge. the hotel provides complimentary coffee pods and ensures everything is tidy. it had perfect space for all my belongings. The room was well-kept.

i really enjoyed the provided breakfast it was super convenient before heading out. my room had a mini fridge and microwave which were great for snacks. the location was unbeatable everything i wanted to see was within walking distance.

daily service missing daily service
the location was convenient close to many restaurants cafes the cable car and union square.
The room did not get made up each day so i had to ask the front desk for extra items. It would have been better with daily service.

The staff were friendly, i think. they were helpful too. i also liked the location. It was convenient. coffee and tea were available all day, what is good to know.
the rooms were small and i wasn't expecting that. if you get a two bed, its literally two beds in a room. there is not a closet and this bothered me. also, the daytime gentleman was very rude, i did not appreciate this.
